"Paint quality was disappointing"
I wasn’t really happy with this paint. It felt thin and watery right away, and once it dried, the colors looked a lot duller than I expected. I had to keep going over the same spots just to get decent coverage, which got frustrating. I also tried reaching out about it and got transferred around instead of actually getting help, which just made the whole experience more annoying. For the price, I expected better...

"Good for beginners, but not totally clear"
I’d say it’s beginner friendly overall. Like, I was able to follow along at first. No big issues there. But then a few parts kind of lost me. Maybe it was just me, maybe the instructions jumped a bit too fast. I got through it, but yeah… I was definitely confused here and there

"Not really something I’d gift"
I got this thinking maybe it could work as a gift, but too basic it felt. It’s not bad exactly, just not special enough where I’d feel good giving it to someone.

"Pretty nice brushes overall"
Ive been using the brushes from paintingtogogh.com and theyre good. They feel soft, and I havent noticed much shedding, which is always a plus. One of the handles had a tiny rough spot, but it wasnt a big deal. Overall, Im happy with them

"I was disappointed with the whole virtual..."
I was disappointed with the whole virtual event. The video kept lagging, the setup was confusing, and even a basic request I made seemed to get ignored. It just felt messy and not really worth the time.

"So many options!"
I was excited when I saw how much there was to choose from, then a little overwhelmed for a minute because there were just so many options. But once I started looking around, it was actually fun. I ended up finding a few things I really liked, so overall I’m happy with the selection

"I bought this hoping it would be..."
I bought this hoping it would be an easy way to build up my painting confidence. The picture was and it did help a little, but a few of the paint pots were dried out, which was annoying. Some of the tiny sections were also way more frustrating than I expected lol. Shipping took longer then I thought too. It’s not terrible or anything, but I probbaly wouldn’t order it again...

"Took a Bit, But They Fixed It"
I had a problem with my order it took longer than I was hoping to hear back. I was starting to get a little annoyed, but then, anyway, they did eventually sort everything out, so I can’t really complain too much. Not a perfect experience, but not a bad one either...

"Looks okay, but the canvas felt a bit flimsy"
The print itself looked alright, so I don’t want to make it sound like it was terrible. But the canvas felt thinner than I expected, and the edges seemed a little loose. Maybe I was just expecting something sturdier? It’s not awful, just not quite what I was hoping for.

"I did a paint kit night with my…"
I did a paint kit night with my kids, and overall it was a fun way to slow down and spend time together. A few of the steps were a little tricky for the younger ones, so I definitely had to jump in and help more than I expected. It wasn’t the easiest activity ever, but it still turned into a nice shared moment, and I liked seeing them feel proud of what they made

"Fun Team Activity, Surprisingly"
We did this as a team activity and it was actually fun. Everyone got involved, even the people who usually act like participating is some kind of personal sacrifice. It was a nice way to break up the usual work routine, and overall we had a good time.

"Not What I Was Waiting For"
I was eager to get this painting, but once it finally arrived, I was just disappointed. I expected it to look a lot closer to the photo, and it really didn’t. The colors came out darker than I thought they would, and the face didn’t look much like the person at all. It’s not awful, but after paying what I did, I was expecting better and I don’t really feel excited to hang it anywhere. Shipping was fine, but the actual painting was a letdown.

"Not really for me, but I can see the appeal"
I bought this hoping it would help me unwind after work, but the tiny little sections ended up stressing me out more than relaxing me. The colors were decent, so I don’t want to say it’s a bad product overall. Shipping was slower than I expected too, which didn’t help. I think if you’re a really patient person who enjoys detailed projects, you might actually like it. It just wasn’t the right fit for me.

"Decent Lessons, But the Video Could Be Better"
The painting lessons were fine overall, and I did pick up a few useful tips. Most of the steps were easy enough to follow, and the teacher usually moved at a decent pace. That said, I got kind of irritated in a few spots because some parts felt rushed, and the small brush details were hard to see. I don’t really have the patience to keep rewinding just to figure out what’s happening. It’s not a bad course, but better video quality and camera angles would make a big difference.

"Packed super well"
My order from paintingtogogh.com showed up packed really nicely, I was impressed. Nothing was bent or messed up, and the corners had good protection too. It felt like they actually took their time with it instead of just tossing it in a box. Everything arrived clean and safe, no complaints from me.

"Had to follow up, but it worked out"
I had to ask twice before getting it sorted, which was a little annoying. My brain always takes the shortcut of assuming things should be handled the first time, so the follow-up bugged me a bit. Still, once it was taken care of, everything was okay.

"Frustrating booking process"
Booking was more annoying than it needed to be. The site kept sending me back to change things, so I had to keep being patient when I really didn’t want to be. The time slots weren’t clear either, and I wasn’t even sure my payment had gone through until later, which just made the whole thing stressful. By the end, I didn’t feel good about the experience at all

"I got more than I thought I..."
I got more than I thought I would for the price. The canvas, paints, and brushes were all in the kit, so I didn’t have to run out and buy anything extra, which was nice. It’s definitely not professional-quality stuff, so warning to anyone expecting fancy supplies: this is more for a casual fun night than serious painting. But for a chill weekend at home, it was really enjoyable and worth it. I’d buy it again
